Terms & Conditions – International Shipments
- General - By placing an order with TOA – The Outfit Artisan for international delivery, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are in addition to our standard Terms of Service and apply specifically to international orders.
2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Timeline
International shipments are fulfilled through reputed courier/logistics partners.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier availability. Estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout but is not guaranteed.
TOA – The Outfit Artisan is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, airline restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. TOA – The Outfit Artisan does not have control over these costs and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay duties/taxes may result in the package being held or returned, in which case shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Any return-to-sender costs due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or non-payment of duties will be borne by the customer.
5. Restricted Locations
We currently ship to most countries; however, some locations may be restricted due to courier limitations or local import regulations. Customers are advised to check prior to ordering.
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
Tracking updates are dependent on courier partners and may vary by destination.
7. Returns & Exchanges
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
8. Liability
Once the order is handed over to the courier, ownership and responsibility pass to the customer. TOA – The Outfit Artisan is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Customers may raise claims directly with the courier, and we will assist where possible.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or non-delivery. TOA – The Outfit Artisan will not be held responsible for such errors.
10. Policy Updates
TOA – The Outfit Artisan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions for international shipments at any time without prior notice.
Terms & Conditions – Domestic Shipments
1. General
By placing an order with TOA – The Outfit Artisan for delivery within India, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are in addition to our standard Terms of Service and apply specifically to domestic shipments.
2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Timeline
Domestic orders are dispatched through trusted courier/logistics partners.
Delivery timelines vary based on the destination, order volume, and courier availability. An estimated delivery timeline will be provided at checkout, but it is not guaranteed.
TOA – The Outfit Artisan is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen events, natural calamities, strikes, or festive-season backlogs.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain value, as specified on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
